Due to operational requirements, from March 27 to March 31, the library will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 10 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. on Saturday.

You can always visit the nearest reading halls in the libraries at Myasnitskaya, 20 and Staraya Basmannaya, 21/4 (building A and B).

On March 7, 2026,
the reading halls at Myasnitskaya 20, Staraya Basmannaya 21/4 building B
from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The reading hall at Shabolovka 28/11 building 2
will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
On March 8, 9, 2026, all Library branches will be closed to the public except the reading hall at Pokrovsky blvd., 11.

On this day, we clean the book stock from dust, carry out the minor repair of the equipment and undertake other urgent work. The Library will be closed to the public from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
