the reading halls at Myasnitskaya 20, Staraya Basmannaya 21/4 building B and Shabolovka 28/11 building 2 will be open to the publicfrom 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
On May 1, 2025,
all Library branches will be closed to the public except the reading hall at Pokrovsky blvd., 11.
