Trial Access to the Whole OECD iLibrary Platform
The trial access to OECD platform including the newest materials is active until the end of April.

On March 7, 2023, the reading halls at Myasnitskaya, Staraya Basmannaya and Shabolovka will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
On March 8, 2023, all Library branches will be closed to the public except the reading hall at Pokrovsky blvd., 11.

On this day, we clean the book stock from dust, carry out the minor repair of the equipment and undertake other urgent work.

On Saturday, February 25, 2023, the Library on Shabolovka will be open to the public from 12.30 p.m. till 6 p.m.

will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
During holidays, on February 23 and February 24, 2023, all Library branches will be closed to the public with the exception of the reading hall at Pokrovsky boulevard, 11.
