On March 8, 9, 2026, all Library branches will be closed to the public except the reading hall at Pokrovsky blvd., 11.
Cleaning day at the Library on March 6, 2026
On this day, we clean the book stock from dust, carry out the minor repair of the equipment and undertake other urgent work. The Library will be closed to the public from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on February 28, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on March 2-4.

On Friday, January 9, 2026 and on Saturday, January 10, 2026 Shabolovka Library will be open to the public from 10 AM till 8:00 PM .

The second floor of the reading hall will be open to the public from 9 a.m. on January 6, 2026.
Other Library branches will be closed from 6 p.m. on December 30, 2025 to 10 a.m. on January 9, 2026.
From January 9, 2026, the Library will return to its usual working hours.
