On Saturday, February 25, 2023, the Library on Shabolovka will be open to the public from 12.30 p.m. till 6 p.m.

From February 27 to March 2, 2023, the fourth floor of the reading hall at Pokrovsky boulevard, 11 will be closed to the public due to the finale of National Technologic Contest in the “Artificial Intelligence” section.
Library Working Hours during Holidays
On February 22, 2023, the reading halls at:
Shabolovka, 28/11, building 2,
Myasnitskaya, 20,
Staraya Basmannaya, 21/4, building 1,
and Staraya Basmannaya, 21/4, building 4
will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
During holidays, on February 23 and February 24, 2023, all Library branches will be closed to the public with the exception of the reading hall at Pokrovsky boulevard, 11.

New Working Hours for the Reading Hall at Staraya Basmannaya 21/4 (building B)
On January 9 and 10, due to the technical reasons the reading hall will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Dear patrons!
On December 31, 2022, the Library will provide services to you until 6 p.m.
On January 1 – January 5, 2023, the Library will be closed to the public.
On January 6, 2023, the reading hall at Pokrovsky boulevard, 11 will open to the public.
Starting January 9, 2023, the Library will operate as usual.
