From August 21 to August 23, 2024, the reading hall will be closed to the public due to the technical issues.

Cleaning day at the Library on August 2, 2024
On this day, we clean the book stock from dust, carry out the minor repair of the equipment and undertake other urgent work.
New Working Hours of Library at Shabolovka 28/11 (building 2) for Summer (July 15 – August 29)
The library at Shabolovka, 28/11 building 2 will be open to the public Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday are both days off.
New Working Hours for Summer (July 22 – August 20)
The following Library branches will be open to the public:
Pokrovsky boulevard, 11: Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday is a day off;
Myasnitskaya, 20, Tallinskaya, 34: Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3.30 p.m., Sunday is a day off.
Shabolovka Library Opening Hours
On Saturday, July 6, 2024, Shabolovka Librarywill be open to the public from 10 AM till 5:30 PM.

On June 11, 2024, the reading halls at Myasnitskaya 20, Staraya Basmannaya 21/4 building B and Shabolovka 28/11 building 2 will be open to the publicfrom 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
On June 12, 2024, all Library branches will be closed to the public except the reading hall at Pokrovsky blvd., 11.
