the reading halls at Myasnitskaya, 20 Staraya Basmannaya 21/4 building B will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
On May 1, 2024,
all Library branches will be closed to the public except the reading hall at Pokrovsky blvd., 11.
