Library Loan Extension
Library loans for all books borrowed since September 1, 2019 of this academic year will be automatically extended until July 15, 2020 as a precautionary measure during the coronavirus pandemic.If necessary, you can return borrowed materials before this deadline during the opening hours of the Library. You can check the opening hours on the Library’s website.

On March 7, 2020 the reading halls at Shabolovka Ulitsa, 28/11, building 2; Myasnitskaya Ulitsa, 20; Staraya Basmannaya Ulitsa, 21/4, building 1; Staraya Basmannaya Ulitsa, 21/4, building 4; Tryokhsvyatitelsky Pereulok, 3 will be open from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. All Library branches except the 24/7 reading hall at Pokrovsky boulevard, 11 will be closed due to the holidays on March 8, 2020 and March 9, 2020.
Cleaning day at the Library on March 6, 2020
On this day, we clean the book stock from dust, carry out the minor repair of the equipment and undertake other urgent work. The Library is closed to the public from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

All Library branches except the reading halls at Myasnitskaya, 20 and Pokrovsky boulevard, 11 will be closed to the public from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The reading halls at Myasnitskaya, 20 and Pokrovsky boulevard, 11 will be closed from 9 a.m. February 7 to 10 a.m. February 8 due to the dry-cleaning of the furniture and carpet flooring.
Holidays
We will serve our readers until 5 p.m. on December 31, 2019. The Library will be closed for visitors during holidays from January 1 to January 5, 2020. The reading hall at Pokrovsky boulevard, 11 will be working normally from 9 a.m. on January 6, 2020. We look forward to seeing you in all of our Library’s branches from January 9, 2020.

DUE TO THE CELEBRATION OF THE "NIGHT" FESTIVAL, WE INTRODUCE SPECIAL OPENING HOURS OF THE LIBRARY ON DECEMBER, 14
The Library will be closed from 11:00 until 18:00 due to the set-up.
