Dear patrons!

On November 3, 2025 , the reading hall at Myasnitskaya 20 will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and the reading halls at Staraya Basmannaya 21/4 will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. The reading hall at Shabolovka 28/11 building 2 will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
On November 4, 2025 , all HSE Library branches will be closed, with the exception of the reading hall at Pokrovsky boulevard, 11.
