How to Use Remote Access on Mobile Devices and Computers

How to use remote access on computers

Open Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Yandex Browser and install an extension. When you use your login and password for the first time, your browser will prompt you to put them in. You will be able to open databases available in our subscription from the electronic resources page or any other way that is convenient for you.

If you are having issues with the extension downloaded from Chrome Webstore, get the same extension from the Library’s website, using this guide.

How to use remote access on Android phones and tablets

Open Yandex Browser or Kiwi Browser on your device. Install the extension from the Chrome Webstore. When you use your login and password for the first time, your browser will prompt you to put them in and you will be able to access our electronic subscription on your device.

Please note that sometimes you need to re-install the extension to work with a brand new resource. Remove the extension and download it again to open a new database.
