  The Library at Pokrovsky boulevard is located on three and a half floors and can hold up to 500 visitors. It contains spaces for working with the eCatalogue and eResources equipped with computers. The overall area of the Library is around 3000 m2. Offices of the Library’s leadership and staff are located in this division.

  The choice of the reading hall collection and study collection emphasizes the documents on social and economic disciplines and crossdisciplines in Russian and foreign languages. All documents are in the open access. In addition, the study collection for the following faculties is available here: Economic Science, World Economy and World Politics, Law, Creative Industries, Mathematics and Computer Science.

  Advisors are present on every floor to answer your questions regarding book searches and the details of the Library’s work.

  Patrons can use co-working spaces here. You can address a librarian in person or call 8(495)916-89-27 to book a space in advance (24 hours before your planned visit). Your group should include at least three people and you can use booked spaces for 2 hours max.

  The study collections for Chemistry, Physics, Urban and Regional Development, Humanities, Biologe and Biotechnology, Social Science Faculties and School of Foreign Languages are located here.

  The reading room and the study collection of the Library on Staraya Basmannaya building B has been working since 2019. It can hold up to 70 visitors who can check out the books on history, linguistics, language studies, physics and allied disciplines.

  Here you can find the co-working space. If you want to book it for at least 5 people we kindly ask you to contact a librarian on duty in advance (24 hours prior) or sent an application to tbarzova@hse.ru. You can book it up to 2 hours max.

  MIEM Library has been working since 2015. It consists of the open stacks and the reading hall that can hold up to 30 visitors. The books on computer engineering, mathematics, physics, chemistry and allied disciplines are presented here. The Library also has academic collection and study collection for MIEM students.
