Dear Patrons!

The reading hall at Pokrovsky boulevard, 11 will be closed to the public from 9 a.m. on December 31, 2025.
The second floor of the reading hall will be open to the public from 9 a.m. on January 6, 2026.
Other Library branches will be closed from 6 p.m. on December 30, 2025 to 10 a.m. on January 9, 2026.
From January 9, 2026, the Library will return to its usual working hours.
